We ordered a very special gift for our little guy and paid for overnight shipping and it NEVER showed up. It was the first gift he EVER directly asked for and I cannot tell you how disappointed I am that it did not arrive.
We will have a great day anyway but it’s still pretty crappy to tell people that they’ll have a Christmas gift if they make the cutoff and pay the outrageous shipping charges and then let them down. Scrooges.

Don’t blame you in the least. We would be very upset too. I heard FedEx was even doing Xmas Day deliveries. FedEx blamed the weather. Hopefully, it will come today and you can enjoy the pleasure of him opening it.
It was not the weather. Toys R Us didn’t ship it until today! I want my shipping charges refunded!
