It means…vacuum. He typically will start with “Yeth, pweethe!” (Yes, please!) and then when you ask “Yes, please WHAT?” he will respond with “Pom! Yeth!” and he will nod vigorously the entire time, lol.

He’ll throw a string of words together to make simple sentences. He mixes in some signs as well.
My fx boy used to call the vacuum “ga-gunk” for YEARS…he says it right now though, there’s hope!!
