if your adorable, almost 5-year-old, son was diligently picking up ALL of his toys and putting them away in hopes that you would just maybe let him vaccuum, would you be able to turn him down? No, I didn’t think so. Me either.

Oh no I wouldn’t discourage that at all. Jake likes to do household tasks too. I have secretly thought if I could some how get a piece of his Fragile X DNA-(the piece concerning housework) and implant it in his non-carrier sibs I could conquer the world. Ok, maybe not the world but the mountain of laundry they create!
